- The main room is 3000 sq ft, 50’x60′, which has air conditioning. The legal capacity of that room is 220 people. There are tables and chairs enough for 225. The tables are rectangles 8’x30″. There are also 30 round tables that seat 8 each. We also have table cloths and chair covers for rental.
- It has LED lighting in the ceiling grid with 5 different color tone settings, as well as mood sconce lighting on the walls. And there are spinning colored dance floor lights too.
- The kitchen has a large industrial size refrigerator, 3 ovens (10 burners), a microwave, a large 3 basin sink, and plenty of counter/table space for food preparation. But there isn’t much there yet in the way of pots, pans, dishes, etc.
- There is a large charcoal/wood grill outside.
- There is a built-in sound system with wireless microphones available.
- There is a grassy area in the back that bumps up against the woods which is also available.
- Some of the reviews of this hall under the previous owner mentioned bad cell phone reception. We have resolved that issue by adding a cell booster antenna on the building.
- Smoking is only allowed outside.
- There is wifi in the building that you are free to use. However we can’t guarantee it as part of the rental because we don’t have direct control over whether there is an outage or not. But it generally works great.
- Alcohol is not allowed on the premises, except by special arrangement with our management team.
