Rate schedule:

Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays:  
   8am-12am $70 per hour
   Or the entire day (8am-12am), $600.

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays:
   8am-12am $50 per hour,
   Or the entire day (8am-12am), $400.

Small Event Discount:
For smaller daytime events, such as 
birthday parties or wedding showers, 
the Fri/Sat hourly rate is $50, and 
Sun-Thu rate is $40.  To qualify for 
this rate your event must
a) have 50 or fewer people,
b) be finished before 9pm,
c) take place within 30 days of 
   making the reservation.

KITCHEN: Add $50 to the total to use the kitchen.

CLEANING: Cleaning for one-time events, where there is food and kitchen use and more than 100 people, will be done by our staff and cost $150. For smaller events or repeat rentals, we can work out a smaller fee, or an arrangement where the renting party is responsible for the cleaning.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $200 will be collected for one-time events, which will be returned after the event assuming no damage to the property has been done. The renter is responsible for any damage to the facility incurred during the event. You may want to consider purchasing event insurance from your own insurance provider, or from an online provider such as https://www.theeventhelper.com

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A deposit of at least half the total is required at the time of reservation to hold the reservation. The total amount must be received 1 week prior to the event.

If the event time extends beyond the contracted time, an additional charge of $50 per half hour will be due.

For on-going rentals (weekly, monthly, etc), please inquire so that we can arrange reasonable fees for usage & cleaning.

Cancellations: You can cancel with a full refund up to a week before the event. If it’s in the last week before the event, there is a $50 fee.
