Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays: 8am-9pm $70 per hour, 9pm-12am $100 per hour, Or the entire day (8am-12am), $600. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: 8am-12am $50 per hour, Or the entire day (8am-12am), $400.
KITCHEN: Add $50 to the total to use the kitchen.
CLEANING: Cleaning for one-time events, where there is food and kitchen use and more than 100 people, will be done by our staff and cost $150. For smaller events or repeat rentals, we can work out a smaller fee, or an arrangement where the renting party is responsible for the cleaning.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $200 will be collected for one-time events, which will be returned after the event assuming no damage to the property has been done.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A deposit of at least half the total is required at the time of reservation to hold the reservation. The total amount must be received 1 week prior to the event.
If the event time extends beyond the contracted time, an additional charge of $50 per half hour will be due.
For on-going rentals (weekly, monthly, etc), please inquire so that we can arrange reasonable fees for usage & cleaning.
